No you haven't gone been involved in some Marty McFly shenanigans and ended up transported to the past, '1954' is the brand new single from MICHAELA MAY.

 The Aberdeen born singer/songwriter who is currently based in Toronto, Canada has been recently penning tracks for other artists but kept this gem back for herself.

 The first track to be taken from a forthcoming EP (due later this year), '1954' attacks outdated attitudes. 'I wanted to write something that empowers people to live their life the way they choose.' She says 'It’s a defiant, sassy song and it embodies everything I have wanted to say for a long time'
